Add lemon juice, pineapple juice or pulp of kiwifruit  to marinate your meat. The acid in the fruit tenderises the meat. They are healthy alternatives to chemical tenderisers. The ratio is 200g meat : 1 tsp lemon juice or pineapple juice.
