  1.  Prepare the ingredients for soup.

In addition, After blanching the meat, it put them into some cold or ware water. The meat flavour can be infused more thoroughly this way. Otherwise, the protein of meat on the surface will be cooked first, sealing in the meat taste. Other, when there are both vegetables and meat in the soup recipe, put in the meat first because it takes longer for its taste to infuse. Certain, vegetables are easy to rotten if overcooked. So, we should add them to the soup after the meat has been cooking for 1 hour.
