How to cook cream sauce ?
The cook step for cream sauce :
1. Heat a pan over low heat. slowly stir in the flour. As there might be lumps in the mixture, it have to stir it continuously until the roux iis lump free. Set aside.
2. Cleaning the pan. Put in milk and water. Bring to the boil over medium heat. Add the seasoning.
3. Cook until the seasoning dissolves. Turn to low heat. Put the roux from step 1back in . Stir slowly until lump free.Turn off the heat.
Notice : Cream sauce use plain flour as it makes the sauce thicker. The sauce will also turn golden after baked.
