How to determine the maturity of steak ?
It can be confirmed by pressing the feeling of finger. First, relax hand.
Not cooked : press the thumb below the muscles.
10% maturity : thumb and fore finger pinch and then press the thumb below the muscles.
50% maturity : thumb and middle finger pinch and then press the thumb below the muscles.
70% maturity : thumb and ring finger pinch and then press the thumb below the muscles.
100% maturity: thumb and little finger pinch and then press the thumb below the muscles.
