How to fry the good taste for steak ?
The main point :
1. If the steak take out from the refrigerator,it is not fry immediately. The steak need keep in room temperature about 20 minutes.
2. It need control the heat. First,use high heat to make the surface of the meat to prevent the loss gravy, and then a small fire to the inner cooked just right.
3. After fried, the steak need at rest in room temperature. It using after rest. The rest time is half cook time. i.e. cook time is 6 minutes, the rest time is 3 minutes.
