How to season for mashed potato ?
Potatoes are not easy to season after cooking, so it is best to mash with salt and pepper when the potato is hot. But it is not advisable to join salad dressing, because salad dressing is melt when the high temperature. It become wet and thin. The taste will follow the worse. So salad dressing mix it after mashed potatoes cooler.
