How to handle sour tomato ?
First, tomatoes store in the basket and place to get the window side in 1 ~ 2 days in the sun.,Do not cold storage.Sunshine made the sweetness of tomatoes and decrease sour. But it place in the sunshine too long, the tomatoes will become soft and mature. Do not store in plastic bag or box.
