Aloe Corn Coconut Milk Pudding

Tips : pure gelatine is not use hot water, because it will be caking.
It boil milk is not use high fire, because it will be spilled.

 

 

Ingredients

  • Aloe 150 g
  • Whole Kernel Corn 120 g
  • Coconut milk 300 g
  • Fresh Milk 200 g
  • Sugar 35 g
  • Pure Gelatine 1 Ts
  • Cup 4 unit

Method

Step 1

Coconut milk, Milk and sugar boil with low fire.

Step 2

Add Pure Gelatine which is mix with water, stirring and cool.

Step 3

Whole Kernel Corn and aloe put in the bottom of cup, then the mixture pour into the cup.

Step 4

Place in refrigerator about 2~3 hours.

Step 5

Corn and aloe put in the top layer then finish.
