Ingredients
- Mango 2 unit
- Milk 8 oz
- Egg 3 unit
- Corn starch 3g
- Sugar 10g
- Cream 160ml
- Icing sugar some
Method
Step 1
Mango remove skin and seed.
Step 2
Mango stir to mango juice by blender, and then add a some icing sugar. To stir for a moment.
Step 3
Boiling milk with high fire and stirring.
Step 4
3 yolk ,corn starch and sugar mix well.
Step 5
Milk pour in egg pulp to stir by blender.
Step 6
Boiling to make mixture thick. Turn off the fire. The pot cooling by water. When the temperature down, Mango juice and cream pour in mixture and stirring.
Step 7
Ice cream pulp placed in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then it stir by ice cream maker.
Step 8
Stirring to the pit pattern. Then pour in the stainless steel container and placed in refrigerator for 2 hours to the hard.
