Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 unit
  • Lemongrass powder 1 ts
  • Spicy Ginger Powder 1 ts
  • Salt 2 ts

Method

Step 1

Chicken clean and wipe dry. Lemongrass powder, spicy ginger powder mix well and painted both inside and outside for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Boiling water to steam chicken with high fire for 30 minutes to cooked.
