Italian Rice with Small Oysters

2. Cooking Italian Rice is not to be anxious. Pour into the broth must be divided several times to cook to half of rice. this is al dente taste.

Ingredients

  • Small Oysters 150g
  • Italian rice 200g
  • Seafood Broth suitable
  • Brandy suitable
  • Cornstarch suitable
  • Garlic(chopped) 3 piece
  • Olive oil 125 ml
  • Black pepper some

Method

Step 1

Oysters and cornstarch mix well for cleaning, water rinse it. Bring a pot of water to boil, Put in oysters for 30 seconds, drain.

Step 2

Garlic, olive oil and black pepper mix well in the pot. Add Italian rice absorb oil with small fire. And then add brandy and seafood stock over surface, cooking to absorb seafood broth about 5 ~ 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add seafood broth over surface. stirring it to avoid to stick to the pan this way. Repeat it to the half cooked of rice. Then add oysters and stirring.
