Ingredients
- Pumpkin(remove peel,skin,chopped) 500g
- Beef 240g
- Ginger slice 3~4
- Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Oil some
- Sugar some
- Salt some
- Water 700 ml
Method
Step 1
Wash, dry and cut beef into horizontal texture slice. Marinade with light soy sauce, cornflour,oil and sugar for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place water in the pot. Add ginger slice in soup pot until boil, and then add pumpkin to boil until tender, Pour in beef until boiling. Turn off heat. Season with salt, serve hot.
