Ingredients
- Farfalle 8 oz
- Italian dressing 1/2 cup
- Tiger Prawns(sell off) 450g
- Green bell pepper(chopped) 1pc
- Carrot(thickly shredded) 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
- Parmesan cheese(grated) 2 tbsp
- Lemon skin(puree) 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Cooking farfalle until half done. Drain off water and set aside.
Step 2
Heating Italian dressing with middle heat, add prawns, red pepper, carrot and garlic. Cooking until the prawns are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 3
Add farfalle and toss with prawn mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese and lemon skin. Ready to serve.
