Ingredients
- Eggs(beat) 4 pc
- Japanese rice(cooked) 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 1/3 cup
- Tomato(chopped) 1/2 pc
- Green Bell pepper(chopped) 1/4 pc
- Coil oil 2 tsp
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
Method
Step 1
Add salt, pepper powder and green bell pepper in eggs.
Step 2
Heating oil, saute tomato, add rice and tomato paste. Stir well.
Step 3
Heating oil in non-stick pan. Pour agg mixture. When the bottom of egg is almost done, put fried rice on it. Fold to make an omelet. Serve
