Ingredients
- Japanese Pumpkin(peeling,deseed,chopped) 500g
- Tofu(finely chopped) 1/4 piece
- White mushrooms(finely chopped) 2 pc
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Boil pumpkin till done. Blend half portion of pumpkin with some in mixer. The remaining pumpkin set aside.
Step 2
Wipe tofu dry.
Step 3
Bring mashed pumpkin to a boil. Put in tofu and mushrooms. When boiled again, season with some salt. Serve.
