Tips : 1. Other nuts can change Macadamia Nut.
2. After oven, it must cold down. If not, it store to make it wet.
Ingredients
- All-purpose Flour 250 g
- Butter 115 g
- Egg 1 pc
- Sugar 100 g
- Syrup 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- White Chocolate(diced) 1/4 cup
- Soda Powder 1/4 tsp
- Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
- Macadamia Nut 75 g
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Step 2
Mix the butter,sugar,syrup and vanilla essence. Then ,whisk. Add in egg and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Mix the flour, salt, soda powder and baking powder and sieve.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Then add in macadamia nut and white chocolate.mix well.
Step 5
Wrap the oven tray with baking paper. Use 2 tbsp mixture as 1 portion. Press slightly. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with cold down.
