Tips : 1. The wrap can use in microwave oven.
2. It add some lemon juice to increase taste.
Ingredients
- Konnyaku(shredded) 1 pack
- Tobiko(cod roe) 1 pack
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Mix salt with konnyaku and rinse in boiled water. Cut each konnyaku into 2-3 pieces. Drain and remove. Blend it with mirin and cover with food wrap. Place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the skin of tobiko and split it. Cover with food wrap and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Step 3
Mix the tobiko and konnyaku. Ready to serve.
