Tips : Marinate the cucumber with salt until turn soft, rinse and drain. It can remove astringent taste and increase taste.
Ingredients
- Cucunber(small) 5 pcs
- Carrot(shredded) 25 g
- Crude Salt some
- MARINADE
- Korean Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Korean Fish Sauce 2 tsp
- Garlic (minced) 2 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse the cucumber and remove the stem. Cut each piece into halves. chop into 4 pieces for each strip. Slightly cut on both ends. Marinate the cucumber with salt until the cucumber turn soft.
Step 2
Rinse the cucumber with water, Drain and set aside. Marinate the shredded carrot with marinade. Then , mix with the cucumber and fringe for 2 days. Ready to serve.
