Ingredients
- White Bread(remove skin, 1 cm thickness) 2 pieces
- Egg(beat) 1 pc
- Butter 1 pieces
- Syrup 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cm thickness
Method
Step 1
2 Bread put in the egg until whole bread absorb, set aside.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan with high heat. Shallow fry the bread until golden brown. Drain by the kitchen paper. Serve with butter and syrup
