Tips : Dark Soy Sauce can replace Japanese Soy Sauce.
Ingredients
- Beef(sliced) 200 g
- Onion(thickly shredded) 1/2 unit
- Carrot(shredded) some
- Spring Onion some
- Dried Seaweeed some
- White Sesame some
- Rice(hot, cooked) 2 bowls
- Oil 1 tbsp
- SAUCE
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Miso 2 tbsp
- Japanese Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Water 100 ml
Method
Step 1
Heat oil. Fry the onion until fragrant. Add the beef and fry until medium rare.
Step 2
Mix and cook the sauce, add the carrot, beef and cook well. Serve on rice with spring onion, seaweed and sesame.
