The pudding is amazing, soft on the outside, liquid inside.
Tips : The pudding need half-done to make liquid inside. It may take a few times to succeed
Ingredients
- Butter 235 g
- Dark Chocolate 700 g
- Sugar 220 g
- Flour 130 g
- Egg yolk 2 pc
- Egg 8 pc
- Icing Sugar some
Method
Step 1
Double- boil chocolate until melted. Add in butter and sugar.
Step 2
Whisk egg and egg yolk. Fold in sieved flour and then add it into chocolate mixture. After mix, place in refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200C. Divide the chilled chocolate dough into small portion and put into moulds, press to flatten. Bake it in an oven for 5~6 minutes until half-done, the outer layer is set. Sprinkle it with icing sugar.
