Butter Cake

This is tradition and basic cake.

Ingredients

  • Plain Flour 250 g
  • Butter 120 g
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy in texture. Beat in eggs one at a time, very thoroughly

Step 2

Sieve flour into the mixture and fold very lightly.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 170 C for 10 minutes. Turn into the prepared oven tray or rectagular foil tray tin and bake for about 25 minutes ove170 C heat.
