The muffin is soft with apple taste.
Tips : When the ingredients mix, it must spatula gently. If it stir too much, the muffin is not soft.
Ingredients
- Wholewheat Flour 80 g
- Plain Flour 80 g
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Baking Soda 1/8 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Egg(beat) 1/2 pc
- Milk 80 ml
- Vegetable Oil 60 ml
- Brown Sugar 70 g
- Green Apple(grated) 120 g
- Raisin 20 g
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat the egg briefly. Mix with milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar and grate green apple.
Step 4
Mix all with spatula gently. Stir in the raisin.
Step 5
Divide the batter among the muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes till golden brown and done. Cool for a while on a cooling rack and serve.
