Sweet and Sour Spareribs with Vegetable Rice

The vegetable rice is china shanghai style. The taste of spareribs is rich.
Tips : 1. The Shanghai Pak Choi can change crunchy, choi sum or little chinese cabbage.
2. The vegetable rice can than it mix rice and vegetable cook by rice cooker.
Ingredients
- Spareribs 400g
- Garlic(chopped) 1tbsp
- Rice(cooked) 3 bowls
- Shanghai Pak Choi(finely chopped) 200g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 6 tbsps
- SAUCE
- Brown Vinegar 125ml
- Shaoshing Wine 125ml
- Light Soy Sauce 60ml
- Dark Soy Sauce 60ml
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Water 250ml
Method
Step 1
Cut spareribs into 7cm sections.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, saute garlic until fragrant, Add ingredients of sauce and bring to the boil. Lower spareribs and simmer for 45 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the other wok, stir-fry Shanghai Pak Choi for a while. mix with salt, remove and drain.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, stir- fry rice with vegetables, season with 1/2 tsp salt mixing well. Transfer to a rice bowl.
Step 5
Lastly bring sauce sauce and spareribs to the boil reducing sauce by half. Serve hot with vegetable rice.
