2. Woodfish Broth can change other broth.
Ingredients
- Oyster(large size) 5pcs
- Woodfish Broth 1 cup
- Onion(shredded) 1pc
- Ginger(sliced) some
- Spring Onion(sectioned) some
- Konrean Chili Paste 2tbsps
Method
Step 1
Shred the onion and cook chili paste and woodfish broth.
Step 2
Blanch the Oyster with ginger and spring onion(Do not done). Drain and remove.
Step 3
Put the oyster into the onion and cook for 2~3 minutes. Place the oyster on the plate and serve.
