Tips : 1. The ratio of egg and broth is 1:1.
2. It can sieve the egg mixture to make more soft.
3. It can cover the slim plate by wrap.
Ingredients
- Egg (whisked) 4 pcs
- Checken Broth 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Light Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Sping Onion(finely chopped) some
Method
Step 1
Boil the water in the wok for steam.
Step 2
Salt and 4 pcs egg whisk and mix in the large bowl. Add chicken broth mix.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture in the slim plate. Slim plate cover with a larger plate. When the water boiling, steam for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Top of light soy sauce and spring onion. Dish up to serve.
