Minced Beef Soup with Green Peas and Egg White

The soup is chinese style.

Tips : 1. The minced beef need stir to disperse.
2. The broth can use chicken broth or water. If use water, add salt for seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Beef(minced) 200g
  • Green Peas 1/2 cup
  • Broth 4 cup
  • Egg White 1 pc
  • MARINADE
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder some
  • Sesame Oil some
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • CORNFLOUR WATER
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Add the marinade into minced beef and mix well. Set aside.

Step 2

Boil the stock in a large pot over high heat, add the peas and cook for a while. Stir in the minced beef and let boil. Pour in the cornflour water and bring to boil. Add the egg white and slightly stir well right before serving
