Carrot and Beef Brisket Soup

This is chinese style.
Tips : The carrot can change white radish.
Ingredients
- Beef Brisket 240g
- Carrot 240g
- Ginger 3 slices
- Salt some
- Water 1 litre
- Spring Onion(section) some
Method
Step 1
Rinse and boil beef brisket in water for 3 minutes. Drain it.
Step 2
Peel, rinse and cut carrot into pieces.
Step 3
Pour water into the pot. Put in ginger and bring it to boil. Put in the beef brisket and carrot. When it is boiling, turn to mild heat and boil for 2 hours. Season with some salt and spring onion. Serve.
