Vegetable Soup with Macaroni

The soup of macaroni is fresh and rich.
Tips : 1. The broth can change vegetable or chicken broth.
2. If use cooked of macaroni, the time of cook macaroni can shorten.
Ingredients
- Macaroni 200g
- Bacon(finely chopped) 50g
- Onion(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Celery(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Carrots(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Caulifloower(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Broccoli(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
- Capsicum(finely chopped) 1/2 cup
- Fresh Tomatoes(finely chopped) 1/2 cup
- Broth 1.2 lit
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Method
Step 1
Bring to boil the broth.
Step 2
Heat oil on a large pot, saute the bacon and onion until fragrance.
Step 3
Then add with a gap of 2 minutes add the listed ingredients in that sequence.
Step 4
Add the boiling broth to ir and simmer for 5 minutes. then add the macaroni and cook for further 8 minutes.
Step 5
Add salt and white pepper powder for seasoning. Serve.
