Ingredients
- Eggplant 2 pcs
- Sesame some
- SAUCE
- Soy sauce 2 tbsps
- Sake 2 tbsps
- Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Ginger(diced) 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil 2 tsps
- Broth 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Chili Oil some
Method
Step 1
Rinse the eggplant, cut into halves and slice.
Step 2
Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cool down.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients of sauce and cook. Then, cold down and pour onto the eggplant. Sprinkle with sesame and ready to serve.
