Ingredients

  • Eggplant 2 pcs
  • Sesame some
  • SAUCE
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsps
  • Sake 2 tbsps
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Ginger(diced) 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 2 tsps
  • Broth 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Chili Oil some

Method

Step 1

Rinse the eggplant, cut into halves and slice.

Step 2

Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cool down.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients of sauce and cook. Then, cold down and pour onto the eggplant. Sprinkle with sesame and ready to serve.
