Ingredients
- Hard Beancurd(diced) 250g
- Green Pumpkin(diced) 100g
- Belly Pork(sliced) 100g
- Shitake Mushroom(fresh) 30g
- Bean Sprout 50g
- Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Korean Chili Paste 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Dice beancurd and green pumpkin. Rinse mushrooms and bean sprouts.
Step 2
Heat sesame oil saucepan. Saute sliced pork until fragrant. Add water, korean chili paste and soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add bean curd, green pumpkins, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Cook 3 minutes and serve hot.
