Ingredients
- Japanese Rice(cooked) 1 bowl
- Chicken Meat(chopped) 40g
- Onion(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Egg(beat) 1 pc
- SEASONINGS
- Bonita Broth 50ml
- Japanese Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sake 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Chop the chicken meat into pieces. Shredded the onion.
Step 2
Cook the seasonings. Then, add in chicken and cook until done. Then, add in onion and cook until soft. Pour the egg into the wok and cover. Boil in low heat until done.
Step 3
Prepare 1 bowl hot rice. Pour the chicken mixture onto the rice. Serve.
