The ribs is rich and spicy with Indonesian taste.
Tips: 1. The red chili can change bellpepper.
2. The marinade time can longer, it increase taste.
Ingredients
- Short Ribs( cut into pieces) 500g
- Ginger(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Indonesian Satay Sauce 1 tbsp
- Green Bellpepper(diced) 1 tsp
- Red chili(diced) 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- White Pepper powder some
Method
Step 1
Marinate the short ribs with marinade for a while. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil to pan-fry the short ribs. Drain and remove. Then, saute the ginger,garlic, satay sauce, green bellpepper and red bellpepper. Put the short ribs back to the pan. Fry well and ready to serve.
