Tips : 1.The level of sour and sweet can adjust.
2. It blend by blender after solidification to make more soft.

Ingredients

  • Apple 2 pcs
  • Apple Juice 100ml
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Sugar 150g
  • Water 50ml

Method

Step 1

Rinse the apple and remove the skin and stem. Then, Chop into the pieces and mix it with lemon juice.

Step 2

Cook the sugar with water until melt. cool down. Blend the apple with apple juice and sugar. Then frige and after 1/2 hour. Take it out and stir it and freeze. Repeat the same procedure for 4 times. Ready to serve.
