Ingredients
- Pumpkin 500g
- Sweet Bean 25g
- SAUCE
- Oyster Sauce 2 tbsps
- Mirin 2 tbsps
- Chicken Broth 300 ml
- Sugar 2 tsps
Method
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin's skin and remove the seed. Chop into pieces. Remove the stem of the sweet bean and rinse.
Step 2
Cook the sauce ingredients. Then, add in pumpkin and turn to low heat and cook until 90% done. Then, add in sweet bean and cook for another 1~2 minutes. Ready to reserve.
