Method 1:

Tofu can firm it up slightly by blanching or steaming it for 5 minutes before use. I will remove the grassy taste of soybeans.

Method 2:

After you slice the tofu, soak it in salted water for 20 minutes. There should be enough salted water to cover all tofu. It make to firm it up.
