How to blanch asparagus ?
It cut the bottom of asparagus about 2~3 cm by hand. Then the vertical asparagus was blanched by the boiling water about 10 seconds, then it soak in the boiling water about 40~50 seconds. It picked up and cool down. Do not to rinse with cold water. The asparagus keep crisp. If it add a few drops oil, the asparagus has luster.
