How to cook caramel ?
While cooking caramel, it not to stir too much because of easy to crystallization. Bitterness of the caramel will be more distinct if the colour is darker. As the caramel will continue cooking even after the heat is off, so turn off the heat when the colour is slightly lighter than the hue of expecting.
