How to prevent a crack of glass dish or regular ceramic ware in the oven ?
If use a glass dish or regular ceramic ware ,put the dish in baking tray and fill the baking tray with water before baking it. The water will keep the dish at a lower temperature so that it won’t crack because of the high temperature.
