How to spit the sand out for clam ?
It put the clams in a bowl.and add water to cover. put in a metal (spoon or fork). Add salt (salt : water is 1:10). Soak them for 1 hour. The metal will deprive the water of oxygen. The clams will then open their shell to breathe and spit the sand out.
