What is different between Korean miso sauce and Japanese miso sauce ?
The Korean miso sauce is made from 100% soybeans and flavored with salty. It is taste rich to cook for a long time. Japanese miso sauce is made from soybeans,rice,wheat and flour. So it is light and sweetness. But Japanese miso sauce will make bitter to cook for too long. When cooking soup, it need ingredients and miso boiled same time which is preserving the Japanese miso aroma and taste.
