1. It is not to put too much ingredients at once. If you put too much ingredients, oil temperature will be reduced, the food can not crisp. It recommend the ingredients take up half of surface area of frying oil.
2. In addition,  the oil temperature should be raised when the food fish up.
3. The food fried twice with high oil temperature for crisp.
