What kind of ribbon rice noodles ?
Ribbon rice noodles come in three kinds:
- Ribbon rice noodles for soup and they are softer in texture and very brittle.
- Ribbon rice noodles for frying, it has a firmer texture and more flexible.
- Dried Ribbon rice noodles can frying and soup. But it need cook in boiling water for soft before using.
