What kind of rice vermicelli ?
Rice vermicelli come in three kinds :
- Jiangmen rice vermicelli is medium thickness. Generally used for stir frying, pan frying or in soup.
- Dongguan rice vermicelli is thicker and brittle, used in soup.
- Extra fine rice vermicelli is fine and tender, used in soup.
