Avocado
A soft, buttery flesh fruit with milk slightly nutty flavor. Avocado can be eaten raw – you may cut in half and serve with vinegar; slice and add to salad; or may even be puree for use in dips. Avocado turns brown when cut, so cut it just before use or brush with lemon juice to stop discoloring. It is the only fruit that contains fats – but mostly monounsaturated fat. So it would be a nice and healthier choice to be used on bread spreading. Nonetheless, do not eat too much as it fats still contribute 9 kcal/g!
