Ingredients
- Apple 2 pcs
- Apple Juice 100ml
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Sugar 150g
- Water 50ml
Method
Step 1
Rinse the apple and remove the skin and stem. Then, Chop into the pieces and mix it with lemon juice.
Step 2
Cook the sugar with water until melt. cool down. Blend the apple with apple juice and sugar. Then frige and after 1/2 hour. Take it out and stir it and freeze. Repeat the same procedure for 4 times. Ready to serve.
