Bake Pork Chop with Rice

2. When fried rice process, add some water to make rice loose.

Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowl
  • Pork Chop 2 pc
  • Broccoli 1 pc
  • Egg(beat) 1 pc
  • Onion(shredded) 1/2 pc
  • Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/8 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 1 tsp
  • SAUCE
  • Tomato(canned with sauce) 150 g
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven 200 C.

Step 2

Pound pork chop. Marinate for a while.

Step 3

Heat 3 tbsp oil, add pork chop to fry until done.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add egg to fry for a while. Add rice to toss well. Season with salt.

Step 5

Heat oil. Fry onion. Add sauce to boil.

Step 6

Boil water. Blanch the broccoli. Remove.

Step 7

Add fried rice in baking tray. Top with pork chop, Broccoli and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200 C until golden brown. Serve.
