Baked Chicken in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thigh 2 pcs
  • Honey some
  • MARINADE
  • Flesh Lemon 1/4 pc
  • Garlic(clove) 2
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt some
  • Italian Parsley 1 sprig
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • MUSTARD SAUCE
  • Onion(chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tsp
  • Beef Broth 200 ml
  • Butter 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C for 15minutes.

Step 2

Crush the marinade and rub the whole chicken thighs. Marinade for 2 hours.

Step 3

Bake chicken for about 25 minutes until done. Brush with honey.

Step 4

Heat 2 tbsp butter. saute onion and garlic until soft.

Step 5

Add mustard and broth. Reduce to thick. Add 1 tbsp butter to stir well. Serve with chicken.
