Baked Potato with Sliced Beef and Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • U.S.A. Potato(20 ounces) 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Sugar some
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Rea Cabbage(shredded) 2 oz
  • Carrot(shredded) 2 oz
  • Roasted Beef 4 slices
  • Cheddar Cheese(grated) 4 oz

Method

Step 1

Clean and dry the potatoes, prick potato skin with fork. Preheat the oven 190C for 10 minutes, bake potatoes for 45~60 minutes until skin is crispy.

Step 2

Blend the mayonnaise and mustard together. Add sugar, salt and white pepper powder to taste.

Step 3

Mix the cabbage and carrot and toss well.

Step 4

Baked potatoes cut in half, but do not cut in the end. Arrange the beef slices on the jacket potato. Heap the coleslaw on top. Add the shredded cheese. Serve.
