The dish of beef ribs is simply and especially. Beef and red wine is perfect match.
Tips : The ribs do not cook too long. It cook until 60%~70% cooked.
Ingredients
- Beef Spare Rib(1 lb) 1 pc
- Cucumber 1/3 pc
- Potato 1/2
- Salt some
- Mixed Marmalabe some
- SAUCE
- Red Wine 1/2 tsp
- Herb some
- Shallot some
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse the spare ribs and marinate with marinate with marinade for 2~3 hours. Drain. Rinse the cucumber and potato. Cut into pieces and poach until done.
Step 2
Pan-fry the spare ribs with salt for 10 minutes until golden brown. Place in dish and garnish with vegetable. Place in oven and bake at 220 C for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the sauce ingredients and boil. Add in red wine to make the red wine sauce. Pour onto the dish and ready to serve.
